About

The Environment Forum is a new body made up of councillors and representatives from local environmental groups, established in July 2020.  It was set up:   ·                To advise and comment on policies and strategic issues in Enfield that affect the built and natural environment. ·                To encourage community initiatives that improve sustainability.  ·                To enable information exchange and networking among members and supporters in Enfield. ·                To scrutinise and monitor progress of the Local Plan.    It is particularly focussed on issues around the green belt, conservation of the borough and public transport.
