About

The Licensing Regulatory Sub-Committee is responsible for deciding on licensing applications and disciplinary issues that are not covered by the Licensing Act 2003 or the Gambling Act 2005. It operates under the authority of the Licensing Committee and follows the Council's established policies.

This sub-committee can be convened by any three members of the Licensing Committee to hear and determine contested licensing matters and disciplinary cases.
