An extension of contract is required for
Alexander James Contracts Limited attributed to additional
instructions and variations during the construction phase on the
new build scheme at Edith Road, N11.

Alternative options considered

Not to instruct or vary specific items during
construction. This would not however, support the delivery of a
complaint development meeting building regulations, health and
safety regulations and the planning requirements and would deem the
development unfit for occupation
