Purpose

The Council must publish the correct figures
for the Council tax and bill correctly so this decision records
this and that the version that went to the Council meeting on 27th
February was totalled incorrectly for the Band C Council tax figure
although the individual figures were correct..

Content

Within Appendix 11 which is attached, the Band
C figure for the total Council tax amount for a Band C was
incorrectly recorded as part of the Budget Setting of the Council
Tax at Council on 27th February 2025. The individual sums for a
Band C for the Harrow element (£1,693.76) and the GLA element
(£435.89) were correct but when added together, they add to
£2,129.65 and were incorrectly recorded as
£2,147.65.

Attached is a scanned copy of Appendix 11 version which went to the
Council Meeting which shows the incorrect figure and then what the
correct figure should be.

Attached is a correct version of Appendix 11 which is the version
that should be recorded as the amended version as part of this
decision record.
