Following a competitive process a contract for
Mental Health Supported Accommodation Services was awarded to
Hestia Housing and Support, commencing 1st September 2021. The
contract was for an initial period of 2 years with options to
extend for two further 12 month periods and was awarded in
accordance with the delegated authority set out below. The first
option to extend to 31st August 2024 is now being exercised. The
value of the extension is £174,874, bringing the total value
of the contact to date to £524,622.
