Purpose

meet its statutory transport obligations for Special Educational
Needs and Disabilities (SEND) services; Greater supplier diversity,
led to enhanced service delivery and cost efficiencies through
increased competition.

1.To establish an Open framework with the
first framework (period 1) to commence on 1 August 2025 to 31 July
2028 with a second framework (period 2) from 1 August 2028 to 31
July 2031 with an option to extend by 2 years from 1 August 2031 to
31 July 2033. The total maximum value of the Open framework
including any options to extend is £133,000,000 (Exc
VAT).
