Purpose

To expedite the mobilisation of a new service
/ IT System for community equipment. The London Borough of Harrow
is leading the procurement on behalf a North London Consortium
which is made up of eight boroughs including Harrow. There is a
very limited market but the preferred supplier, Ethitec, is well
established and have confirmed that they can mobilise their system
for a mid-September start date. This is the most cost effective and
expeditious route to meet the requirements for a system to manage
orders and stock.

Content

The Direct award of contract under waiver to
Ethitec to commence on 1 September 2025 for a period of 1 year with
an option to extend for up to 2 years (1 + 1). The total value of
the contract including any options to extend is £140k (Exc
VAT).
