Purpose

Cabinet is asked to approve the
proposed procurement strategy for commissioning local integrated
sexual and reproductive health services, as well as HIV community
support services. This will be a tri-borough procurement involving
Brent and Ealing Councils, as the main service is commissioned
collaboratively across the three local authorities through an inter
authority agreement.
 
Delegate authority to the
Director of Public Health in consultation with the Portfolio Holder
for Adults Services and Public Health and Portfolio Holder for
Finance and Highways to award the contract for integrated sexual
and reproductive health services subject to the Health Care
Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023 (PSR) being
confirmed as meeting legal and procurement conditions.
 
Delegated authority to the
Director of Public Health to sign the MoU for continued
participation in the pan London Online Sexual and reproductive
health service – Sexual health London (SHL.UK)
