Purpose

To review and adopt
Harrow’s 2023 Corporate Property Strategy (CPS) which will
provide a framework to support the development and management of
the Council's land and property assets and consider the
in-principle adoption of a new Integrated Workplace Management
System (IWMS) which will provide a single platform from which all
Estates and Facilities Management functions and business will
operate, ensuring a cohesive ‘One Front Door’ approach
to property management.
