Purpose

To seek Cabinet approval to:

·        
enter into a revised Memorandum of Understanding with the
Department of Levelling Up, Housing and Communities (DLUHC) and
secure the Council’s remaining Future High Streets Fund
allocation to deliver a programme in Harrow Town Centre; and

·        
delegate to the Corporate Director of Place to undertake a tender
process for public realm improvements and meanwhile use, enter into
an agreement with the successful company and sign the Memorandum of
Understanding with DLUHC.
