Purpose

To seek authority for the
procurement of Harrow’s delivery partner following the
successful Harrow Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund grant bid to
enable the delivery of energy efficiency measures and authorise
Harrow’s 2-year capital contribution to the
programme.
