Purpose

To
seek delegated authority to the Strategic Director of Culture,
Environment and Economy in consultation with the Portfolio Holder
for Finance and Highways to proceed to statutory consultation and
to approve any further design amendments. As well as to approve
progressing the scheme to the implementation stage subject to the
availability of TfL funding and to include the making of traffic
regulation orders where required.
