The Planning Development Presentation provides an opportunity for councillors to hear from developers about major projects in their early stages, before formal planning applications are considered. While primarily for Planning Committee members, other councillors and the public are welcome to attend. This is an informal session, not a formal meeting, and therefore no official minutes are kept. Information on upcoming presentations is available in the Monthly Update Report presented to the Planning Committee.
