consider and develop, to help tackle the housing crisis facing the
Isles of Scilly.

Scope
This is a non decision
making partnership forum that reports to
both the Islands Futures board and to individual partners own
governance arrangements.
The groups key focus is to
explore practical options that can be developed into immediate and
medium term housing solutions such as (
and not limited to):

Temporary housing options
·
Move on incentives
·
Modular quick delivery units
·
Enforcement and restriction options
·
Key worker allocation pledges
·
Government Housing asks
·
Government planning restriction asks
The group will meet virtually
to allow mainland partners attendance and will meet as agreed with
the Chairman.
