Decision

RESOLVED that partnership arrangements are renewed between the
Council and Kingston Theatre Trust for the period 2025-2030, under
terms and key measurable outcomes as proposed in paragraphs 10-13
of the report, with the Council providing funding of £1
million across five years, be approved.
