The Surbiton Neighbourhood Committee resolved to make the Ewell Road Cycle Route Experimental Traffic Management Order permanent with a revision to loading bay operating hours on 09/12/2025. The committee noted and partially upheld representations received during the order's statutory period. The loading bay operating hours will be restricted as set out in paragraph 5 of the report.
