RESOLVED that –
- Planning Sub-Committees be disestablished for the 2026-30 municipal term; and
- that a ‘guillotine’ of 22:00 be applied to all meetings of the Committee and;
- the Place Committee be recommended to review the Vehicle Crossover Policy and the drop curb arrangements so as to empower neighborhoods to adjudicate the appeals process which were previously brought to Neighbourhood Committees for consideration as part of the policy.
