RESOLVED that –

  1. In order to facilitate the project, the Council enter into a funding agreement to contribute £3.1m from the Council’s DfE funding allocation of HNPCA to Orchard Hill & College Academy Trust towards the St Philip’s School Willow project to provide a new SEND vocational centre;
  2. Authority be delegated to the Executive Director, Place, to prepare, agree and execute the funding agreement between the Council and Orchard Hill & College Academy Trust and any other associated legal agreements or documentation required to deliver the project as detailed in this report.
