The Audit, Governance & Standards Committee resolved to recommend to Council that the committee membership be amended to include two Independent Members. Subject to Council approval, the Monitoring Officer is authorised to recruit two independent members for a term to the end of the 2025/26 Municipal Year, and the Role Profile for this position is agreed.
