Decision
RESOLVED that –
- the Draft Section 75 Partnership Agreement, including variations made in 23/24, and to be further varied to record changes agreed by SWL ICB and Royal Borough of Kingston (RBK) for the 24/25 Financial Year, be noted;
- the delegation of authority to the Executive Director of Adult Social Care & Health, Director of Children’s Services and Director of Public Health to finalise the agreement in consultation with the relevant Portfolio Holders and the Kingston Partnership Board (undertaking the statutory functions of the Health and Wellbeing Board for Kingston), be approved;
- the extensions for 2024/25 to Public Health contracts for 0-19 Health Visiting and School Health, Contraceptive and Sexual Health (CaSH) Services and the Chlamydia Screening Office (CSO), Level 3 Specialist Sexual Health Service (GUM) (The Wolverton) and Substance Misuse Services, be approved;
- variation of the arrangements between ICB as lead commissioner and third party providers in relation to 0-19 Health Visiting and School Health, Contraceptive and Sexual Health (CaSH) Services and the Chlamydia Screening Office (CSO), Level 3 Specialist Sexual Health Service (GUM) (The Wolverton), be approved.
