Decision
RESOLVED that –
- The Community Infrastructure Levy application for the repair of the existing outdoor tennis court located in King Edward’s Recreation Ground for the sum of £30,000 be approved on the condition that the allocated funds can only be accessed in the event that alternative finance, principally through the Community Park Programme, could not be obtained. Should alternative finance be procured, an appropriate portion of the allocated funds will remain reserved for the purposes of erecting a comprehensive perimeter fence, a section of which will provide for a securable access/exit gate to the court.
- The Community Infrastructure Levy application from Sharing Lives Charity for the expansion of the Men’s Shed facilities at the King’s Centre for the sum of £15,000 be approved.
- The Community Infrastructure Levy application to support the rewilding, conservation and community engagement project at Tolworth Court Farm for the sum of £20,000 be approved.
