RESOLVED that:

  1. the comments and objections received, summarised in paragraphs 7, and at Annex 2 be noted;
  2. the objections received be set aside, and the implementation of the TMO for the introduction of the 20mph expansion zone in Blenheim Gardens, Cambridge Road, Coombe Lane West, Coombe Rise, Coombe Road between Wolverton Avenue and Galsworthy Road, Ely Close, Galsworthy Road, Kingsnympton Park, Kingston Road between Cambridge Road and Georgia Road, London Road between Coombe Road and Kingston Hill, Lord Chancellor Walk, Lovekyn Close, Swallow Park Close and Wolsey Close be approved;
  3. the decision on implementing the scheme on Kingston Vale and Kingston Hill be deferred and brought back to Committee with a recommendation from officers on where 20mph should begin and 30mph end;
  4. the objectors be informed of the Committee’s decisions.
