Decision
RESOLVED that:
- feedback received about the experimental banned left turn from Fullers Way North into Tolworth Road via the Let’s Talk portal and via the traffic management order (TMO) email address be noted;
- the experimental banned left turn from Fullers Way North into Tolworth Road be removed and that traffic calming measures on Tolworth Road, comparable to the ones proposed in Annex 1 of the report, be investigated and be consulted on;
- feedback received from the 7.5t weight restriction TMO consultation be noted;
- the objections received to the proposed introduction of a 7.5t weight restriction be upheld, the scheme not be implemented, and objectors informed;
- the package of healthy street type highway improvement measures, listed in paragraph 12 and shown on the plan in Annex 1 of the report, be agreed for public consultation; and
- a report be brought back to the Committee to review the healthy street measures that have been implemented within 12 months and / or after completion of the roadworks relating to the Signal Park development.
