  2. the application for £3,000 of Neighbourhood Community Grant from Voices of Hope, as set out in paragraphs 11-20 of the report, be approved;
  3. the application for £2,830 of Neighbourhood Community Grant from Royal Star and Garter, as set out in paragraphs 21-25 of the report, be approved;
  4. the application for £3,000 of Neighbourhood Community Grant from Kitchen Roots Community Kitchen and The Community Brain, as set out in paragraphs 26-29 of the report, be approved; and
