The Executive Director of Place, in consultation with the Portfolio Holders for Assets, Commissioning and Waste and Children Services including Education, was authorised to make a direct award of contract for urgent roof repairs at Coombe Hill Infant & Junior School. The decision was made on 29/06/2023, approving the recommendations for the contract award. The decision authorises a direct award to the Council's preferred bidder for works at an estimated contract value of £1.2m, subject to a satisfactory evaluation of tender submissions.
