- the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames Smoke Control Order 2023 shall come into force on a date no earlier than 6 months after it is made, on a date agreed by the Executive Director Corporate and Communities in consultation with the relevant Portfolio Holders; and
- the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames (Revocation) Order 2023 shall come into effect on a date no earlier than 6 months after it is made, on a date agreed by the Executive Director Corporate and Communities in consultation with the relevant Portfolio Holders.
