Purpose


To commission an outsourced Occupational Health and Employee Assistance Programme service contributes to the Council’s priority related to people achieving wellbeing, independence and living healthy lives.

The Commissioning Governance Board approved the award of a contract for RB Kingston council in accordance with the Regulation (3) Council’s Contract Regulations to Duradiamond Healthcare Limited (trading as Health Partners) for a contract period of three years (initial term) with the option to extend for one year for an estimated maximum contract value of £324,000 (4 years - includes extension period).

The Occupational Health and Employee Assistance Programme Service is provided for council employees, schools and partnering organisations and the procurement supports joint commissioning with the London Borough of Sutton.
