Purpose

To seek authority for
a direct disposal of the Councils freehold interest in land at
Leicester Road, Broadnook to Barwood
Land and Davidson Homes (“the developers”).

Decision

To:
 

•         Approve
the freehold disposal of the Councils interest in the land at
Leicester Road, Broadnook (identified in Appendix 1) to Barwood
Land and Davidsons Homes  (the
Purchaser)

 

•         Instruct
Legal Services to serve notice to quit on the tenant farmer on the
Councils land interest at Leicester Road, Broadnook and prepare the
legal documentation for its sale.
