Decisions consequential to the monitoring of
expenditure in 2023/24 (if any).

Decision

To approve:
 
•          
Transfers between departmental budgets and reserves as detailed in
the report, including the council’s share of the rates pool
outturn;
•          
Budget reductions detailed in the report; and delegate authority to
the Director of Finance to determine the specific budget ceilings
affected.
•          
Transfer of departmental reserves to managed reserves as set out in
the report,
•          
Delegation to the Director of Finance authority to use these sums
for the purpose for which they are currently held.
