Purpose

To gain approval to release the
budget from the Corporate Estate policy provision to complete works
to maintain Corporate Estate premises.

Decision

Approve the policy
provision drawdown as recommended in Appendix A – Not for
Publication.

Reasons for the decision

To release funds in
order to undertake roof replacement to the Boston Road Industrial
units – Phase 1.
To give delegated
authority to The Director of Estates and Building Services to
deploy any balance of the policy provision budget to other priority
Corporate Estate works deemed urgent or an emergency.
