Purpose
This report details the tender process and methodology for the Local Electric Vehicle Infrastructure (LEVI) Concession Contract and seeks to obtain delegated Authority from the Combined Authority to award to the preferred supplier following the tender process.
Decision
That in relation to the Local Electric Vehicle Infrastructure (LEVI) Concession Contract Procurement and Award:
(a) The comprehensive procurement process to secure a LEVI Concession Contract supplier being undertaken by officers be noted; and
(b) Delegated authority be granted to the Executive Director – Place in consultation with the Monitoring Officer and the Executive Director – Resources to approve the award of the LEVI Concession Contract to the successful supplier following the conclusion of the procurement process.
