Purpose

To update the LCR Combined Authority on the progress of the Strategic Investment Fund to 31st March 2026 and agree any change requests.

Decision

RESOLVED – That in relation to the Strategic Investment Fund Quarterly Report:

(a)         The update on performance of the Liverpool City Region Strategic Investment Fund be noted;

(b)         The changes to the Liverpool City Region Ventures (LYVA Labs) project (Phases 1 & 2) detailed in paragraph 3.16 to 3.19 including a change to project completion date for Phase 1 from 31 December 2026 to 31 December 2027 be agreed; and

(c)          The immaterial and intermediate changes made to the Strategic Investment Fund projects as detailed in paragraph 3.21 of the report be noted.
