RESOLVED – That in relation to Changes to previously agreed SIF projects:

(a)         The formal write-off of two defaulted Flexible Growth Fund loans with a total write-off of £456,923.47, in accordance with the Combined Authority’s financial procedures as detailed in paragraphs 3.1 to 3.7 be agreed;

(b)         The changes to Knowsley Metropolitan Borough Council’s Huyton Active Travel Corridor project detailed in paragraphs 4.1 to 4.4 including an increase in funding of £5,521,306 together with changes to outputs and completion dates be agreed; and

(c)          The immaterial changes made to Strategic Investment Fund projects as detailed in paragraph 5.1 of the report be noted.
