The Mayor approved the progression of the proposal for the designation of the Liverpool North Docks Mayoral Development Area and establishment of the Liverpool North Docks Mayoral Development Corporation. The Mayor noted the outcome of the statutory consultation and the strong level of support for the proposal. The Mayor delegated authority to the Executive Director of Investment and Delivery, in consultation with the Monitoring Officer and Executive Director - Resources, to address and/or respond to issues raised in the consultation.
