The Corporate Director of Adults and Health, in consultation with the Lead Member for Health and Adult Social Care, approved the procurement of a new contract for a Pre-Paid Card Account Service on 25 July 2023. This decision allows for the procurement of a service estimated at £881,600 for a four-year period with an option to extend.

The Mayor and Cabinet agreed to receive and allocate £1.5m in capital funding from the Pride in Place Impact Fund on 18 November 2025. This funding will be spent on existing place-based visions across three parliamentary constituencies, with authority delegated to the Corporate Director of Inclusive Economy, Housing and Culture to agree the allocation of funding across projects.

The Corporate Director of Environment and Sustainable Transport, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Environment, Highways and Sustainable Transport, approved mitigation measures for Healthy School Streets Phases 1 and 2 on 23 February 2024. These measures include changes to blue badge holder exemptions, the inclusion of licensed taxis, and extensions or reductions to certain zones.

The Overview and Scrutiny Committee reviewed a Cabinet decision made on 5 December 2023 regarding the Victoria Street Options Appraisal. The committee's options were to take no further action or refer the decision back to the Cabinet for reconsideration.

The Corporate Director of Environment & Sustainable Transport, in consultation with the Corporate Director of Resources, agreed to award a contract for the supply of Gas to Liquid (GTL) fuel on 12 July 2023. This contract is for two years with an option for a further year, commencing September 2023, at an estimated cost of £2.2m per annum.
