The Corporate Director of Adults and Health approved the admission of sixteen providers onto the Supporting Vulnerable Adults (SVA) Dynamic Purchasing Vehicle (DPV) Category 1: Supported Living on 14/12/23. This decision allows for subsequent stages of the procurement process for supported living services to be undertaken. The approved providers are Advance Housing and Support Ltd, Choice Support, Creative Support Ltd, Kalsi Care Limited, L&Q Living Limited, Look Ahead Care And Support Limited, Maison Moti Limited, Next Step Support Ltd, Outward Housing, Peter Bedford Housing Association, Real Mission Limited, Riverside Group Ltd, Sahara Care Limited, Sanctuary Housing Association (t/a Sanctuary Supported Living), SGSL Ltd, and Yellowstone Healthcare Ltd.

The Corporate Director of Adults and Health, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Adults, Health and Environment, agreed to the direct award of a five-year contract for a Home and Settle Service to Age UK East London from 01/07/26, with an estimated value of £600,000. This service supports residents aged 18+ returning home from hospital. The contract will be awarded under Direct Award Procedure C of the Provider Selection Regime regulations.

The Corporate Director of Environment and Sustainable Transport approved the extension of the enforcement concession contract for environmental enforcement services for a period of two years, effective from 01/04/26. This extension is nil cost to the council and is estimated to generate £2m in income. The contract was extended to allow time for a full compliant procurement process for a new contract.
