Paul Kitson, Corporate Director of Inclusive Economy and Housing, approved the direct award of a contract to Bellrock Advisory LLP for stock condition surveys. The decision was made on 27 August 2026. The contract will involve up to 6,000 internal and external stock condition surveys, 2,000 communal and block surveys, and associated HHSRS assessments.
