Rebecca Johnson, Corporate Director of Environment and Sustainable Transport, approved the extension of the enforcement concession contract for two years on 21 April 2026. This extension will continue the provision of environmental enforcement officers to improve borough cleanliness. The contract is nil cost to the council and is estimated to generate £2m in income.
