The decision was to award a contract to Bellrock Advisory LLP for Phase 2 of the Stock Condition Survey Programme up to a maximum value of £980,000. This includes up to 6,000 internal and external stock condition surveys, 2,000 communal and block surveys, and associated HHSRS assessments.
