Officer Key Decision, Fiona Connolly, Corporate Director of Adults and Health, in consultation with Cllr Susan Masters, Cabinet Member for Health, Adult Social Care and Environment, approved the direct award of a 20-month call-off contract to Stannah for the supply, installation, and maintenance of stairlifts on 29 July 2026. The contract has a total value of £760,000 and runs from 1 August 2026 to 31 March 2028.
