Newham Council's Corporate Director of Inclusive Economy and Housing, Paul Kitson, approved the contract award for stock condition surveys on 28 August 2026. The decision was to award a contract to Bellrock Advisory LLP for Phase 2 of the Stock Condition Survey Programme. This includes up to 6,000 internal and external stock condition surveys, 2,000 communal and block surveys, and associated HHSRS assessments.
