RESOLVED
 
That the Executive noted the
risk management update
 
 
Reason for Recommendations: To ensure that the
Council complies with its Constitution and legislative
requirements.
 
Alternative Options Considered: Do nothing option was considered
but deemed inappropriate as it would not meet with the
recommendation of the Value for Money report by our external
auditors in best practice in ensuring that Executive Member are
sighted on the risks of the council.
