RESOLVED:
That
the premises licence be granted as requested and with the addition
of the following conditions:
1.
A direct telephone number for a named contact at the
premises shall be publicly available at all times the premises is
open. This telephone number is to be
made available to residents and businesses in the
vicinity.
2.
A complaints log shall be maintained and kept at the
premises and made available to an authorised officer of the Council
or Police.
