It was proposed by Councillor
Carter and seconded by Councillor Watts that the application be
approved subject to an amendment to condition 1 as
follows:
 
1.    
The temporary C3 (dwellinghouse) use of Buckworth
Barn hereby permitted shall be discontinued on or before
31st December 2027.
