To dispose of 97 square metres of amenity land adjacent to
2 Soar Green, Corby NN17 2JB for £4,000 plus legal and
surveyor’s fees.
 
An application was made by the owners of 2 Soar Green to
acquire this land to extend their garden.
 
Previously in 2015 the application was refused on planning
grounds through loss of amenity but planning consent has now been
obtained and therefore the ability to sell the land is now
possible. A valuation has been carried out and the price agreed at
£4,000 plus costs.
There is a tree on the site which needs crown pruning and
will be subject to a Tree Preservation Order on the
disposal.
Covenants to fence the land and to use only as garden land
will be imposed.
