Members commented on the withdrawal of the
Terms of reference report from the previous committee and requested
that the updated terms of reference be circulated to members of the
committee and an update training session be offered to members
following the approval of the updated terms of reference at Full
Council.

That the minutes of the meeting of the Audit and Governance
Committee held on 27th November 2023 be approved as a
correct record and signed by the chair
