RESOLVED that:  the Audit and Governance
Committee:

1)   
Approved the draft Statement of Accounts for the
financial year 2023/24 (as shown at Appendix A to the report) and
Letter of Representation (as shown in Appendix B to the report);
and

2)   
Any non-material adjustments required to the draft
Statement of Accounts for the financial year 2023/2024 would be
delegated to the Council’s Executive Director of Finance and
Performance (Section 151 Officer), in consultation with the Chair
of the Audit & Governance Committee.
