The decision confirms the
making of a non-immediate Article 4 direction for a specified area
within Kingswood, Corby. The Article 4 direction will remove
permitted development rights for the change of use of residential
properties (dwellinghouses) to houses in multiple occupation within
the defined area. The direction will come into force on 24 April
2024, at which time planning permission will need to be obtained
for this change of use.
