RESOLVED
 

That the Executive:
 

i)           
Established a Corporate Parenting Board with seven
elected members for North Northamptonshire
 

ii)          
Noted the Terms of Reference at Appendix A of the
report and agreed the membership as set out therein

 

 
Reason for Recommendation – to ensure that statutory
obligations are effectively discharged.
 
Alternative Options Considered: The alternative option is to not
have a Corporate Parenting Board, however, to assist in effectively
discharging the Council’s obligations it is best practice to
have a Corporate Parenting Board.
