KEY DECISION
 
That the Executive:
 

i)              
Approved the following changes into the capital
programme:
 

a.   
Isham Bypass, additional budget approval for
£445k in 2025/26, to be funded from Integrated Transport
grant funded budget.
 

b.   
Alfred Lord Tennyson School (Alfred Street Campus),
additional budget approval for £925k in 2025/26 to be funded
from a virement from the Schools Condition Allocation budget,
funded by Department of Education Grant.
 

c.    
Tennyson Road site renovations for Rowan Gate
Primary School, budget approval for £650k in 2025/26, to be
funded £405k from High Needs Grant and £245k from a
virement from the Schools Condition Allocation budget, funded by
Department of Education Grant.
 

d.   
Latimer Arts College, additional budget approval for
£561k in 2025/26, to be funded from a virement from the
Schools Condition Allocation budget, funded by Department of
Education Grant.
 

e.   
Prince William School Alternative Provision, budget
approval for £2.59m in 2025/26, to be funded from High Needs
Grant.   
 

f.     
Warkton Lane Traffic Calming, budget approval for
£300k, £250k in 2025/26 and £50k in 2026/27 to be
funded from Section 106 Contributions. 
 

g.   
Broughton Village Hall Changing Rooms, budget
approval for £62.7k in 2025/26 to be funded from Section 106
Contributions.
 

h.   
Desborough Library improvements, budget approval for
£53k in 2025/26 to be funded from Section 106
Contributions.
